Who will you shop with today?

We've been working on the idea of uniting 3D gaming and online shopping for a long time now. Knowing how people are fed up with online buying in catalogue-style stores, we wanted to create a real-time shopping experience, and let them browse through shops in the way they do it in real life.

There is also a social component as twenty-somethings want to shop with their friends. They see shopping as a social adventure rather than a task to be done.

We've done a lot in the last few years. We created the platform and, what is even more important, we had a big partner joining us - ASOS. The biggest fashion online store in the world (88m unique visitors per month!) joined us earlier in 2015. Together we plan to disrupt the fashion industry and bring online shopping to a new, innovative level - immersive.

 
 
 
 

It’s not just about 3D

We are compatible with all virtual reality hardware on the market: Oculus Rift, Google cardboard glasses, Samsung Gear VR, HTC Vive, Sony Morpheus, and others. With the list of big names leading virtual reality trends, such as Facebook, Microsoft, Google, Sony and Samsung, it’s easy to foresee our success. It’s going to be big.

We have successfully raised £260,000 on Seedrs - a crowdinvesting platform. Seedrs is similar to Kickstarter and Indiegogo except you buy shares as part of the equity.

But that's not all! The world's number 2, Olympic and former Wimbledon Champion, Andy Murray, has made his first 3 investments through Seedrs - one of which was Trillenium. :)

ASOS Ventures Limited, the venture capital arm of ASOS plc, announces today its debut venture with a minority shareholding in Trillenium (UK) Ltd. The two companies are joining forces to explore innovative 3D and virtual brand adventures online.

ASOS Ventures CEO, Nick Roberston, said “ASOS has a long and successful track record of revolutionising the retail market. We are delighted to announce the new venture with Trillenium and look forward to discovering the future world of online fashion destinations for 20 somethings.”
