What is Trillenium?
Trillenium is the world's first virtual 3D shopping mall. We've used all the best 3D technology for modeling and creating PC games to expand users' experience during online shopping.
However, Trillenium is much more than just an ordinary web shop. Apart from a wider offer, there is also a possibility of social networking inside the mall.
You can connect with your friends, you can chat and even ask questions and get answers from a virtual salesman.
Does the delivery service include a product guarantee information? 
Yes. You are guaranteed to have a genuine package delivered on time. For any issues you might have, please contact us by e-mail or Contact us form.
What to do when you encounter a problem while logging in Trillenium at work?
In case you can’t log in Trillenium while you’re at work, internet caffe or school, you probably have a closed firewall port 12005. If the 3D application loading stops you might want to open your firewall port 12005.
Please contact your system-administrator and request the opening of port 12005.
What is Unity player/plug-in? Must I install it?
Unity3D is the platform which Trillenium has been made on. It allows the usage of 3D technology for the web browser display in different operative systems (Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7,OS X,10.3.9 or newer) as well as for the Internet browsers (Internet Explorer,Firefox,Safari,Opera...).
In order to use Trillenium you must install Unity 3D player (plug-in). It enables you to see 3D graphics in your internet browser. You can compare it to Flash or Silverlight players which are used for multimedia contents. Plug-in is safe to use and it doesn't take computer resources while it's out of usage.
How do I buy products?
Buying is very simple. Just click on a product. The product goes directly too the basket after clicking on the icon. When you are finished just go to the checkout. To pay just click on the cashier.
Are there options for interacting with other users?
Yes, there are. While walking through the mall, you are able to chat with other users. Over a period of further development you will be able to participate in mutual activities such as kart racing, dance, live chat etc.
Is Trillenium free of charge?
Of course. Trillenium is completely free of charge. However, a certain fee must be paid only in case you are a tenant.
Is there a possibility of creating your own avatar?
There are features for both male and female avatars offered upon entering Trillenium. Over a period of further development Trillenium will provide users with more options related to avatars.
Are there benefits for long-term users?
Being a long-term user is beneficial due to acceptable prices and various discounts.
How to create an avatar?
Choose your own avatar upon entering Trillenium. You are always free to change it in your profile. There are different features related to avatar changing, such as: hair style, hair colour, eye colour, top, bottom, shoes etc.
Are there any registration requirements?
No requirements are needed for registration. All it takes is to fill out a registration form.
However, due to payment and delivery service your personal data must be authentic.
Should I create an account in order to go shopping in Trillenium?
You are welcome to walk through Trillenium as "a guest". However, due to payment and delivery service you must sign in.
How do I move through Trillenium?
Use arrows. Avatar rotation is done by pressing right or left arrow. Check the details on the Controls page.
How far back can the user see previous purchases?
Momentarily, there is no limit on viewing previous purchases.
Is there a product's quantity or sum limitation?
No such limitation is present in Trillenium.
Is there a certain period of time when logging in Trillenium isn't possible?
No, there isn't. You are welcome to log in any time 24/7.
Is there a personal data security when I create an account?
Yes there is. Read about personal data protection and about the way Trillenium uses your data in Terms of use and Privacy policy
Is there a customer support (e-mail, phone..)?
Yes, there is an avatar salesman in each shop who advises you about shopping. Yet, within defined hours there will be a real salesman answering all your questions. For further information please contact trillenium@trillenium.com
Is there a delivery limitation? 
You can have products delivered anywhere in Croatia, although the price will depend on each shop's location. In the future, Trillenium will open its doors in other Croatian cities which will provide favourable delivery conditions elsewhere.
Are there any discounts in Trillenium?
Yes, there are. Each store decides on its own percentage and time of discounts.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery hours are up to each shop's service. It is viewable in every shop at checkout.
Is there a possibility of delivering the product I buy to a different address (for example, to the birthday person)?
Yes, there is. You can always choose an address different than the one you've added.
Is there an available product information (e.g. technical goods) in Trillenium?
Yes, there is. When previewing each product you will find detailed information about it. Moreover, if you need extra information, do not hesitate to contact the virtual salesman.
Is there a monthly payment possibility? 
This is only up to shops and credit card service providers.
Is there a location map to help me find my way through the mall?
Yes, there's a mall map for all parts of the mall.
Which credit cards are accepted?
Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Diners. In the future we plan to enable the usage of other cards, too.
